Our Leadership Team comprises of Liberians from home and abroad, including  foreign nationals who are not only acquiescing in but willing to contribute their experience towards the successful implementation of this vision . Each member of the team function either as an Executive Board Member (EBM) or  in other leadership positions.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO/EBM-Liberia) A seasoned human resource, administrative and accounting professional detailed oriented and self-starter. Has over 20 years of professional service as an accountant and over 12 years' experience as a human resource professional and administrator. Possesses an excellent interpersonal relationship, ability to work under pressure and multitask

Charlotte S. Roberts

Assistant Financial Officer (AFO-Liberia). Holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and A Master Degree in Banking and Finance. Both from the University of Liberia. She is a wife and a devoted Christian woman. Currently, she works for the Liberia Revenue Authority ., Monrovia, Liberia. W/A

David S. Yadeh Chea

Executive Board Member.(Liberia) Lead Pastor at Harvest Intercontinental Church Bushrod Island, Liberia.. Serves as Vice Chairperson of Harvest Intercontinental Ministries Liberia National Executive Council. He is Chairperson of the Board of National Institute for Public Opinion (NPO) in Liberia and is a member of the Grievance and Ethics Committee of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Liberia. He is married and blessed with three biological children, many foster and spiritual children.

Atty. S. Patterson Blamo

Executive Board Member.(Liberia) A professional Liberian and legal expert with an exceptional academic background and a wealth of professional experience. He holds an A.A. in Education, B.A. Degree from the University of Liberia, a law degree from the prestigious Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law at the University of Liberia. Master 's degree in Public Sector Administration from the Cuttington University School of Graduate and Professional Studies and a most recently, Master of Law (LLM) in International Maritime Law at the IMO-INTERNATIONAL MARITIME LAW INSTITUTE IN Malta, Southern Europe. He serves as one of the In-house legal counsels at the Ministry of Health and Legal Associate at the SUPUWOOD and ASSOCIATE Law Offices including many other positions. He is married and blessed with a beautiful family.

Sam Joseph

Public Relation Officer (PRO)-(Canada). Sam attended the Willis College in Ottawa, Canada and work for twelve years now as General Processor with Central Stamping Limited at the City of Windsor, Ontario-Canada . He is a devoted Jehovah Witness. Married and blessed with children.

Mary G.Sargbeh

Finance Officer -(Canada). She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Stella Marris Polytechnic in Liberia, Diploma in Payroll and Administration from ABM College in Canada, and Certificate in Personal Support Worker(PSW) from Anderson College in Canada . She is a devoted Christian lady and one of Liberia's lead Gospel Artist with many songs on social media platforms.

Florence G. Dukuly

Executive Board Member (Liberia) She holds a Master in Public Policy from the Peking University in Beijing, P.R.C, a graduate student of the Graduate Program in Regional Science at the University of Liberia and a 1996 graduate of the University of Liberia with Bsc. in Sociology and English, a Bachelor of Theology & Biblical Studies and Certificate in Basic Counseling and Psychotherapeutic Skills Training from LOIC. She has over twenty-six (26) years of working experience exposure in various organizations and Institutions including , Consultant for Various World Bank funded projects, Program Assistant-World Bank Liberia Country Office, Program Director LLHRDI, Capacity Development Coordinator-MOE/GPEBEP/World Bank Liberia Country Office, Executive Secretary-United States Embassy, and Human Resources and Administrative Officer-World Vision Liberia.(etc, etc.). She also held several Ministerial Jobs for the Liberian Government . Currently, she is the Managing Director of the National Housing Authority of the Republic of Liberia. She is a devoted Christian, fluent in both spoken and written English.

Clinton T. Gbawoh (Pst)

Executive Board Member (Liberia) He serves as General Overseer for Central Christian Assembly, A graduate of the Wesleyan Bible College of Liberia with a BTH degree, President of Grace Christian Fellowship Network of Liberia, and Executive Director, Sarpo United Christian Association.

Dr. Claude Page

Executive Board Member (Canada) He graduated from University of Toronto, Canada with DDS. He began private practice in 1975 to present. Founding member of Ascent Church along with Rev. Dr. Gertruda Armaly and others. Ordained in 2000 with Independent Assemblies of God International. His role has been Associate Pastor and market place ministry is his area of interest. During 1996 he started to travel to other nations to gather leaders and instill biblical truths and morals which are essential for true leadership. Countries he visited include: Dominican Republic, Cuba, Haiti, Ghana, and Liberia. Ongoing relationship with Haiti has passed 25-year mark. He started up agricultural company in 1999 which worked with grains, dairy and other protein products. Eventually, they were listed on Toronto Stock exchange and remained in business until 2015. He is married to Elaine for 52 years with 7 children and 18 grandchildren.

Grace Renelle Guar

Executive Board Member (USA) She attained a Master certificate in Labor and Employment Law from Penn State University. Graduated from Millersville University in 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication with emphasis in Public Relations. She have worked for 11 years with Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Case Work Analyst. Her guiding philosophy speaks about a fast paced, purpose-driven leader with strategic focus, proactive planning, and an unshakable commitment to the transformation of Liberia. She is the founder of Legacy Holding Foundation, Inc. and Liberian Women Advocacy Network International (LWAN). She is known internationally for impactful commentary on Liberia's sociopolitical landscape, with platforms in the U.S. and abroad. She is the author of "The Life, The Loss, The Legacy: Through a Daughter's Eyes". A devoted Christian woman married with three beautiful children.
