Our Mission : Raise a standard of excellence by providing leadership training and implementing projects that lead towards leadership development across the nation. Aims & Objectives:

History of NCLD-Liberia
NCLD is the acronym for National Center for Leadership Development . The vision culminated but yet, was inspired from the establishment of Shalom Victory Bible College (SVBC) in Ghana which was privileged by God’s grace to develop the leadership potential of many pastors and Christian leaders in eight years of involvement. The vision has been transformed through revelation into a National Center for Leadership Development since 2022 with compassion and desperation to develop a new breed of leaders that will endeavor to raise a standard of excellence and, bring about the necessary transformation the nation yearns for. The vision later materialized in Liberia following the Director’s return from Ghana. Several leadership training programs were held with international missionary visitation to Liberia that impacted our training and obtained resources to enhance our work. At the appointed time , we believe it is expedient to launch a full skill of leadership to the nation.
